Number the buildings and features to correlate with the Site Map. The building is a one-story commercial building with a rectangular plan. West wall is common to east wall of 221 E Mendenhall St. Both buildings at 225/221 are of the same design, size, configuration, and materials indicating same construction date. Building has an asymmetrical facade with double commercial door entrance flanked by two large fixed pane windows on the left and one fixed pane window on the east. The building's façade has filled panels beneath windows that are finished with horizontal boards. Façade on south side has extended flat eave over full width of building. East and west walls have short parapet extension above built up flat roof. Exposed east wall is finished in exposed aggregate stucco. North (rear) side of building at ally is finished with T-11 plywood. Concrete foundation with a concrete floor. Foundation Flat roof of built-up materials gently sloping to the alley at the north. Roof has short extension of parapet at front, with cantilevered overhang on façade on south.
