Concisely, accurately, and completely describe the property and alterations with dates. Number the buildings and features
to correlate with the Site Map.
The building is a detached three-story office building in a rectangular plan. The second and third floor exterior walls are
finished with prefabricated fluted concrete panels, separating five inset panels with architectural fixed windows. The
second and third floor is cantilevered over the first floor and supported by large square concrete piers on north and south
sides. Windows are a combination of hinged, casement, and fixed windows. There are 6 window bay panels on the north
and south elevations, and three each on the east and west elevations. Roof is flat of built-up material behind projecting
parapet wall. Main building entry doors are centered on north and south elevations. First floor finish is of large terra cotta
bricks in stacked pattern adjacent to main entry doors on north and south. Building is on a concrete foundation. The
façade is located on the north side facing W. Lamme St.

According to the Sanborn Fire Insurance Map for Bozeman, 1960 (Sheet 14), the subject area where the building is
situated was an open automobile parking area for the Safeway Grocery Store located immediately to the south, fronting W.
Mendenhall St.
The three-story office building was built about 1972 when the former Safeway building was converted to offices.
