Building recently reconstructed and modernized for offices. Structure has concrete foundation with wood frame structure sheathed in corrugated metal, one stories high. Façade on south has been extensively altered from original, along with extensive remodel of interior. East elevation formerly had six loading doors for freight vehicle loading and off-loading. Building has all new windows, some new and recycled siding, awnings, and details. Partially flat built-up roof, gently sloping to west. Roof has recent installation of solar panels.
