Original building, constructed in 1924, was a combination of one- and three-story masses with offset gable roofs, ridgelines running north-south. Portions of original core of historic building were utilized for major renovation carried out during summer of 2014. Existing building is wood and steel frame with modern wood, corrugated metal siding and all new windows and doors. Basement exists under 3-story mass to north. Little of original building exists today. Historic outbuildings have been removed. Concrete Foundation Low-pitched gable roof, segmented, over 3-story and 1-story portions.
