Number the buildings and features to correlate with the Site Map. The building is a large two-story commercial structure designed in a contemporary style with a rectangular plan. The asymmetrical façade on the south side of the building. The façade has recessed corner inserts at southwest and southeast corners. The southwest corner has a duplicated corner out of the overhanging roof. Entrance is on southeast corner, beneath substantial projected roof, with offset double glass doors with floor to ceiling two-story windows above. South and east sides of building have large daylight basements wells formed by concrete retaining walls. Base area have fixed windows fronting the landscaped vaults. Large projecting roof around entire building is supported by large square concrete posts with chamfered corners. The rear (north) of building has two floors of offices behind 21 fixed-pane windows. Northeast and northwest corners of building are recessed from center under full projecting roof. The glass and frame construction is finished in vertical boards and has a flat roof with shed-roofed clerestories presently covered with composition roofing material.
