Number the buildings and features to correlate with the Site Map. The building is a detached 2-story commercial structure designed in the Alpine/Tyrolean-style with two arched wooden double-door entries on the façade (north). The façade also has a full length wood balcony on the second level accessing three double glass sliding doors. Large single fixed window exists at the west end of the first floor facade. The frame construction is covered with stucco and the foundation is made of concrete. The slightly pitched gable roof has a rolled surface of built-up material and a decorative projecting gable section in the center of the façade. Windows are aluminum store front type with decorative paintings around the windows. First floor windows have decorative wrought-iron railing. Centreal entry door has segmented transom window atop. Exterior wall surfaces are treated with a rough troweled stucco finish.The axis of the roof is parallel to Olive St. Concrete. Foundation Cross-gable with built-up composition material.
