The façade exhibits a single symmetrical bay The building has a gable roof with gable end on façade facing west to N. Willson Ave. The building has a gable roofed addition extending to the north forming a short "L" projection. A recent shed-roofed dormer addition is located at the rear and has newer siding. The front porch has a hipped-roof with solid framed railing. Porch is enclosed with fixed glass windows. The gable end of the façade has a single half-round brow window above the porch roof. The frame construction is finished in horizontal wood siding, possibly original to the structure. The building sits on a concrete foundation. Windows are 1/1 double hung wood sash. The facade entry door is centrally positioned. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and lies perpendicular to N. Willson St. Concrete. Foundation Modern standing seam metal roof.
