The frame structure has a gable roof with ridge line running north-south, perpendicular to Lamme St. The façade on the north side is an asymmetrical one bay with one 1/1 double-hung wood sash window on left and entry door on right. One newer double hung window of same size in gable end of second floor. Front entry door consists of recent wood model with large vertical oval window. Frame building is built on a concrete foundation and is finished with recent aluminum siding. Roof is finished with recent composition asphalt shingles. west wall has combination of fixed and double hung windows. Recent skylights are installed on west half of roof. Small frame detached garage/shed at rear south end of lot. Concrete foundation. Foundation Gable roof is finished with recent composition asphalt shingles. Roof Concrete stoop at front door. The subject lot is shown as vacant in the previous Sanborn map dated 1891 (sheet 10). The 1902 Polk City Directory for Bozeman shows the first published entry for the property (noted as previous address of 10 W. Lamme St.). The 1902 directory (pg. 107) indicates that a Edward J. Berry, a laborer, resided in the structure. The 1904-1916 City Directories indicate a Fred G. Boddy resided at the residence.
