Front, 1 1/2 story portion has gable roof with ridge-line running north-south, paraelle to Wallace Ave. Original rear extension is 1-story with gable roof, ridge line running east-west. Original foundation is concrete mold-block. Later period constructed one-story additions to rear on north and west have formed concrete foundations. Original brick chimneys. Non-original composition (asbestos?) siding, composition shingles (recent) on roof. Non-original metal double-hung sash and fixed windows. Foundation of original portion of house is poured mold concrete blocks. Foundation to later addition on northwest corner is formed concrete. Foundation Roof is simple rear T-shaped gable form surfaced with recent composition shingles.
