Number the buildings and features to correlate with the Site Map. The building is a 1-story detached commercial structure exhibiting a rectangular plan. The building is constructed of terra cotta block walls on the west, east, and north sides covered on the exterior with stucco. All walls have red terra cotta flanged coping tiles atop short parapet walls at the roof line. The façade (south) is asymmetrical and is broken by a 10 x 13 ft. projecting entry vestibule on the east end, at the southeast corner. Façade has glass entrance door facing west, within the square entry vestibule. West end of façade has nine fixed windows separated by extended brick buttresses. Façade wall is concrete block with brick veneer. Roof is flat, made of built up material and is perpendicular to Olive St. Short parapet walls atop west, north, and east walls capped with flanged terra-cotta coping tiles. One entry door is situated on west wall and one on north wall. No windows except on south wall. Concrete with concrete pad floor. Foundation Flat built-up roof of composition materials. Roof None. The 1960 revision of the Sanborn shows the same building. Examination of the interior of the building shows exposures of the original terra- cotta block walls on the west, north, and east. The façade on the south, with newer windows and entry vestibule appears to be a modern or recent addition, presumably removing the historic automobile entry door.
