Building has exterior finish of dark red architectural concrete blocks in the standard bond pattern. Façade is on the east side facing N. Willson Ave. and is asymmetrical with an off-center glass entry door. Entry door is flanked by four slider windows to the left and a panel of nine fixed windows to the right. North elevation has adjacent nine fixed windows on the northeast corner with horizontal board siding above and below. South elevation of building has shed roof covering supported by iron posts. The main entrance is located on the west side and is central to the building in an inset with a large fixed window flanked on one side by entry door. The west façade has two framed projections on either side of the entry. Framed projections finished with horizontal board siding. Concrete.
