Concisely, accurately, and completely describe the property and alterations with dates. Number the buildings and features
to correlate with the Site Map.
The building is a one-story commercial office built on a rectangular plan. Building has exterior finish of dark red
architectural concrete blocks in the standard bond pattern. Façade is on the east side facing N. Willson Ave. and is
asymmetrical with an off-center glass entry door. Entry door is flanked by four slider windows to the left and a panel of nine
fixed windows to the right. North elevation has adjacent nine fixed windows on the northeast corner with horizontal board
siding above and below. South elevation of building has shed roof covering supported by iron posts. The main entrance
is located on the west side and is central to the building in an inset with a large fixed window flanked on one side by entry
door. The west façade has two framed projections on either side of the entry. Framed projections finished with horizontal
board siding.

Haynes, Optometrist, and Lawrence Pendleton, Dentist, occupying the building at 121 N. Willson Ave. The 1927/rev. 1957
-59 Sanborn Fire Insturance Map for Bozeman (sheet 14) shows a 1-1/2 story wood-frame dwelling on the lot. Information
indicates that the current building was built between 1975 and 1976.
