PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions, alterations, and changes in materials. Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one- and one-story single-family residence in the upright and
wing style has an L-Shaped plan with a projecting hip-roofed front porch at the interio
angle of the "L". The two-bay facade consists of the open entry with a parapet covered
with imitation rock siding, squared wood posts and a gablet over the entrance which is
flanked by double-hung one-over-one window on the principle bay of the facade. The J
secondary gable-fronted projecting bay of the facade has a symmetrical arrangement
of two double-hung windows at the first level and one centrally-placed at the second
level. All have one-over-one sash arrangements. The frame construction is finished
in aluminum siding which obscures the foundation materials. The gable roofs are
covered with asphalt shingles and feature open-central brick chimney. Outbuildings
include a detached double garage.
