Number the buildings and features to correlate with the Site Map. The building is a one-story commercial/industrial structure built on a rectangular plan with a flat roof. Roof has an extended overhang over the front entrance over the north end of the west side. The one-bay façade is symmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with store-front windows across the façade. The concrete block construction is partially finished in corrugated metal and rests on a concrete foundation with concrete slab floor. The east wall has a former entry doorway that is presently blocked by concrete blocks. The rear (south) wall is topped with an extended parapet wall above the roof-line. The west wall at south end has two roll up loading doors and one shop door. Property has an original detached 1960's era graphic neon business sign on the front (northeast) corner Concrete with concrete slab floor. Foundation The built-up roof has a slight peak running north-south along the center, with no closed gable ends. The roof features a metal stove pipe and is situated perpendicular to E Mendenhall St. Roof None.
