This one-story industrial structure has a rectangular plan with a flat roof
extension over the front entrance facade. The one-bay facade is symmetrical
and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with storefront
windows across. The concrete block construction is finished in vertical boards
in places and rests on a concrete foundation. The flat built-up roof features
a metal stovepipe and lies perpendicular to the street.
