This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square
plan with a recessed corner entry. The frame construction is finished in
'`' asbestos siding and features 1/1 double-hung and fixed windows. The foundatio
is of concrete. The roo ouble) has a dormer to the south with a
shed roof and is covere een interlocking pattern asbestos shingles.
There is a central masonry chimney. Outbuildings include a two car garage
with lean-to to the east.
