This detached one-story single-family residence in the Queer. Anne cottage style has an L-shaped cottage style with enclosed front entry porch in the interior angle of the "L". The two-bay facade consists of the enclosed entry which leads to the central block and has a paneled front door. The shed roof has a returning eave. The second bay of the facade is a projecting gable-fronted bay with returning eaves and a fixed window with an upper light of leaded glass. The frame construction is finished in drop siding with cornerboard and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped--roof is covered with asphalt shingles and has a projecting front gabled-bay and a central brick chimney. Outbuildings include a detached garage.
