This one-story commercial structure has a rectangular plan with a recessed entry.
The asymmetrical facade has an off-center front entrance with aluminum storefront
windows. The concrete construction was board-formed and poured in place, and
features stucco over the original facade. The structure rests on a concrete
foundation and the roof is of built-up materials and flat. It lies perpendicular
to the street. The original design features have been obscured by the stucco.
