This detached one—story single—family upright and wing residence has a T—shaped plan with a shed—roofed projecting entry at the southeast interior angle. The south- facing entrance is flanked on one side by one-over-one double-hung window and on the other side by a projecting bay which presents to the south a fixed window. The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingle siding with plywood siding underneath the entry porch roof. The house rests on a concrete foundation and its front porch stoop is also concrete. The cross-gabled roof is covered with asphalt shingles and the porch roof is of corrugated plastic. Two interior brick chimneys rise from each bay at the ridgeline. The roof features overhanging eaves, Outbuildings include an eight by fourteen shed. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
