This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an
enclosed front vestibule with a hipped roof. The one-bay facade is symmetrical
and consists of a central front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows
and a casement window. The frame construction is finished in 6" beveled
siding and rests on a concrete block foundation. The hipped roof has a deck
and is covered with cedar shingles and features a crown moulding. There is
a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
There have been no alterations. Outbuildings include a garage of concrete
block.
