Concisely, accurately, and completely describe the property and alterations with dates. Number the buildings and features
to correlate with the Site Map.
Building was originally constructed as a detached 1-story single family residence. Currently it is used as business with
offices. The building has a rectangular plan with a hipped roof and small gable set above the front door, on the north
façade. A semi-detached two car garage is located to the east of the main structure attached by the same roof line but with
small north/south breezeway between garage and structure. The one bay façade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset
glass-paned front entrance door with fixed and 1/1 casement windows. The frame construction is covered with
composition weatherboard and is situated on a concrete foundation. The roof is covered with recent composition shingles
and features overhanging eaves on all sides. there is one rear interior metal stovepipe.
