This detached one-story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan with
central block to the rear and projecting front wing. The front entry is located on
the side of the projecting front wing which presents an asymmetrical facade to the
west. The front entrance is flanked by double-hung one-over-one windows and fixed
windows. A shed-roofed entry porch projects from the side of the front wing and is
supported by wood posts mounted on a concrete stoop. The frame construction is finish&
in aluminum siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The cross-gable roof is covered
with asphalt shingles and feature overhanging eaves, one brick chimney and one metal
stovepipe. Outbuildings include a corrugated metal shed.
