This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan
with a central front entrance above a cement stoop with spindle railing.
The frame construction is finished in asphalt shingles and features fixed
windows and small double-hung windows on either side 'of the front entrance.
The hip roof is covered with asphalt shingles and lies parallel to the
street.
