This one-story commercial structure has a rectangular plan with a diagonally- inverted front entranceway finished with a tile sidewalk. The symmetrical facade consists of a central front entrance with fixed 5-paned vertical metal factory sash on either side. There is a concrete lintel over the entry and a corbeled brick inset forming the area for signage at the top of the facade. The brick construction has terra cotta bases at the facade pilasters. The foundation is of concrete and the roof is flat and lies perpendicular to the street. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structurelsite and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning person or events associated with this property. This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic district due to its association with the commercial aspect of the Progressive Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
