Number the buildings and features to correlate with the Site Map. The building is a one-story commercial structure with a rectangular plan. The symmetrical façade consists of a central front recessed entrance that is trapezoid in shape, flanked on either side by fixed five horizontal pane windows. A recent full width canvass awning is attached to the store front. At the top of the facade, there is a corbelled brick inset frame that forms an area for a sign. The façade pilasters at the corners have white terra cotta bases beneath the line of the window sills. The brick structure sits atop a foundation of concrete. The roof is flat and lies perpendicular to the street and is situated behind a flat parapet wall on the south and stepped parapet on the west and east.
