This detached one-story commercial structure has a rectangular plan. The one bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offcenter front entrance with one small fixed window in the entire front facade. The bearing wall construction is finished in concrete block and features eight bays formed by recessed blocks across the front facade. The structure rests on a concrete foundation. The flat built-up roof runs parallel to the street.
