This one-story civic structure in the contemporary style has a square plan
with a symmetrical facade consisting of a central front entrance with fixed
windows. The construction is finished in bronze aluminum, brick stacked bond,
large glass panels and sprayed stone panels. The foundation is of concrete
and the roof is flat and sits parallel to the street.
