Number the buildings and features to correlate with the Site Map. The building is a semi-detached 1-story commercial/office structure built on a rectangular plan. The building has a brick veneer on the front and north end of west side with stucco and brick along extent of wet side of building. The façade (north) is asymmetrical with recessed entryway. The entry door with adjacent window is placed next to six fixed windows. Upper portion of façade has full-width raised brick frame for a former sign. Main rectangular block mass of building on the west has a smaller, square block mass constructed midway on the east wall. The east wall of the east projection of the building is concrete block and is attached to wooden structure which connects with historic wood-frame residence structure at 326 E Babcock. West wall of main rectangular block on west has architectural/manufactured commercial windows and entry door that leads from the parking lot on the west. Building has flat roof that lies perpendicular to Babcock St. Presumed concrete pad. Foundation Flat built-up composition roof behind short parapet walls. Roof Building is attached to, and communicates with internal passage, to historic wood-frame residence structure immediately to east at 326 E. Babcock.
