Number the buildings and features to correlate with the Site Map. The building is a detached one-story commercial structure designed on a rectangular plan with a brick square insert in the southeast corner and projecting overhang on the west two-thirds of the façade and the rear of the east wall of the building. The asymmetrical façade has an off center front entrance with recessed double glass entry doors flanked by aluminum framed full height fixed windows to either side. Fixed windows run above entry doors and lower windows. The west wall is brick in a running bond pattern with metal framed fixed windows and one entry door. West wall appears to be an earlier historic design and construction of brick, corresponding to west wall of lumber yard and building materials retail supplier located on lot from 1927. Later remodel of west entrance in recessed alcove near north end of west elevation. Square inset at southeast corner is composed of bricks in a stacked bond pattern. Projecting overhangs of building have large exposed faces of stuck covered with gravel. Portion of south façade and east wall of building is situated beneath projecting overhangs and is finished in epoxy stone panels. East elevation of southeast corner inset has three fixed windows. North portion of east wall has combination of large and small fixed windows with small slider windows for ventilation and one aluminum framed double glass entry door. The building has a flat built-up roof perpendicular to Main Street. Extensive alterations obscure original details of building, exterior brick wall at west elevation is the only remain element of original building. Concrete. Foundation Flat built-up materials.
