PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached two-story commercial structure has a rectangular plan with
a central entry and flanking windows in the center of the front facade,
topped by a three-window group above the entry, all emphasized by a recessed
window frieze. The side of the structure features a "flying buttress" type
wood awning the entire length of the building. Windows are fixed. The
flat roof lies perpendicular to the street. The precast concrete building
has vertical texturing.
