This detached two-story commercial structure has a rectangular plan with a central entry and flanking windows in the center of the front facade, topped by a three-window group above the entry, all emphasized by a recessed window frieze. The side of the structure features a "flying buttress" type wood awning the entire length of the building. Windows are fixed. The flat roof lies perpendicular to the street. The precast concrete building has vertical texturing. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
