Number the buildings and features to correlate with the Site Map. The building is a detached 2-story commercial structure with a rectangular plan. A central entry exists on the front (north) façade with fixed flanking windows east of entry, topped by a fixed three-window group above the entry. Central windows on the façade are placed in a recessed window freeze, second floor windows boarded by corrugated metal sheeting. The front façade has a suspended metal overhanging roof over the central door and windows. The west side of the structure also has a first floor entrance at the north end flanked by two fixed windows. West side features a "flying buttress" type of wood awning for most of the length of the building. East wall is finished in stucco with two small fixed windows on first floor and three small windows on second floor. Awning roof is covered with standing-seam metal roofing. Windows are fixed with some lever opening. The flat roof lies perpendicular to Babcock St. The precast concrete and block building has pre- cast vertically insiced texturing on the façade.
