This detached one-story office building has a rectangular plan with
a recessed corner entrance protected by a mansard-type shingled overhang
around the entire building. The brick construction is finished in
places in textured stucco and shingles and sits on a concrete foundation.
The flat roof is covered with built-up materials and windows are casement
and fixed.
