Concisely, accurately, and completely describe the property and alterations with dates. Number the buildings and features

The building is a detached one-story commercial building of a rectangular plan. The building was designed and is currently
used as a bank drive-up facility. The building is a small rectangular block with square extension on southeast corner.
Surface of exterior walls are composed of flagstone veneer, with brick veneer on north elevation. Southeast extension is
covered with vertical boards and topped with wood siding. Bank drive-up teller windows are located on north façade with
four automobile drive through bays beneath a trapezoidal-shaped flat roof supported by four large concrete columns. Rear
(south) of building has off centered glass door for customer entrance with adjacent fixed windows and separate security
entrance door to left. South elevation is partially covered by projecting roof inline with southeast corner extension to
building. Roof is flat and made of built-up materials. Drive-up facility building is located on the northwest corner of the
block at the corner of W. Mendenhall St. and N. Third Ave. The main bank building is located at the southeast corner of
the block at the intersection of W. Main St. and N. Grand Ave
