The building is a one-story commercial structure with a rectangular plan, with northwest truncated corner. the building's south wall abuts the north wall of the neighboring building at 34 N Bozeman Ave. The building has a complex rectangular shape with an recessed entry area on the north façade. The building has an asymmetrical façade of three bays with various shapes and sizes of fixed and hinged metal-framed architectural windows. The building has flat roof with overhanging eaves on north portion of building. The building is constructed of brick on concrete foundation with portions of exterior walls covered in recent corrugated metal siding. Various shapes of metal framed fixed windows. The original building has extensively modified or replaced from the original 1959 structure reported in 1984 survey. 1960 revision of Sanborn Fire Insurance map shows the original building matching the west half of the current building. The east half was added at a later date to form the current full-width building fronting E Mendenhall St. Concrete.
