This detached two-story commercial structure has a square plan with an open front porch with a wood shake roof mansard style false front. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance flanked by double-hung 2/2 windows. The frame construction is finished in stucco and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with wood shakes and features boxed eaves. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. To the rear of this structure there is a detached one-story single-family block house with a square plan. The frame construction is fin- ished in brick in American Bond and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with black asbestos shingles and there is a central brick chimney.
