The roof is flat and is hidden by a wood shake covered mansard style false box on all sides. The one bay façade is symmetrical and consists of a central wood recessed entry door with two glass panes. Entry is bordered with false columns of brick veneer. Façade has low brick flower boxes across front. Windows are assortment of double hung sash windows and modern sash windows. The frame construction is finished in stucco and T-11 plywood inserts between windows. The building rests on a concrete block foundation. The roof has extended box eaves. The axis of the roof is parallel to grand street. The single family block house mentioned in the 1984 survey, formerly located at the rear structure, has been removed. Concrete. Foundation Flat roof of built-up materials within border of mansard form of boxed extended eaves, covered with wood shakes.
