This one-story commercial structure has a rectangular plan with a
glass-paned flush front entry and fixed storefront windows. The frame
construction is finished in stucco and sits on a concrete foundation
also covered with stucco. The flat built-up roof lies perpendicular
to the street. This may have originally been a garage converted to
commercial structure.
