Number the buildings and features to correlate with the Site Map. The building is a two-story brick commercial structure built on rectangular plan with a flat roof behind a stepped parapet wall. The building is attached with common wall on the east with 125 W Main Street. The asymmetrical facade consists of one single glass door entrance on the east with double glass door immediately to the west. One large double pane fixed window with four lights above to west of double entrance. Façade of building is a recent complete remodel with four light fixed windows above first floor windows and small fixed windows above two entrance doors. Remodel of façade includes installation of new brick veneer. Second floor fenestration has two symmetrical fixed window units. The façade is brick in standard running bond with caste architectural stone block corners and stone drip sills. Second floor windows are bordered with corbelled brick pattern, stone sills, and cast architectural stone block corners. Upper facade has single course of brick band proud of wall and decorative brick pattern above beneath stepped parapet wall made of cast architectural stone block. A flat built-up roof is behind parapet wall and runs perpendicular to Main Street. The historic foundation of the west wall is board-formed concrete. Formed concrete.
