Number the buildings and features to correlate with the Site Map. The building is a detached 1 1/2-story single-family frame structure built on a simple rectangular plan. The building has a gable roof with façade at gable end facing East onto N Grand Ave. Façade is asymmetrical with entry door offset to left and enclosed with a framed-in porch and flanked by two pair double hung sash windows. Main entry door is on south face of "L" projection at northeast corner of structure. One small fixed window and a pair of craftsman style 8/1 sash windows is located on the right. Gable roof has substantial (approximately three feet) overhang on gable end. Eaves have exposed rafters. North elevation has four original 8/1 craftsman style double hung windows. small enclosed rear porch is located at west elevation. Rear porch has hipped roof. North Side of roof has large shed-roofed dormer sided with shingles. Two smaller 6/1 sash windows are located in dormer. Walls of building are finished in drop cove wood siding. Small brick chimney extends at peak of roof near west end. Building has undergone recent remodel including the conversion of attic to livable space with the addition of windows and dormer on north side. Several windows appear to have been reinstalled, perhaps not in original locations, including enclosed front porch. Concrete? Foundation Gable roof with dormer covered with modern composition shingles. Roof Small detached gable roofed garage is located off southwest corner of residence. garage has same drop cove siding, fixed and double hung windows and a single small brick chimney at south end.
