Concisely, accurately, and completely describe the property and alterations with dates. Number the buildings and features

The building is a detached one-story commercial automobile service garage. Building is a rectangular plan concrete block
in stacked pattern with flat built-up roof and cantilevered full-width overhang on façade (west) side. Façade is one bay
wide with four large roll-up vehicle access doors with windows and one entry door at southwest corner. Windows and entry
door located on south wall at alley. Small attached addition with stucco walls and shed roof is on east wall of main building
and serves as office to garage building. Shed roof on rear (east) addition has a small gable end pent above centrally
placed entry door. Building has concrete foundation and concrete floor.
Concrete with concrete pad. Rear (east) addition has standing seam metal roof.

The 1927/revised 1960 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map shows a wood-framed dwelling on the property. The 1964 Polk City
Directory for Bozeman (pg. 20) indicates that the property was a vacant lot. The 1965 City Directory (pg. 23) lists the Bear
Wheel - Steering Alignment Service Garage at the address. From this information, building was constructed sometime in
late 1964 or early 1965.
