Building is a rectangular plan concrete block in stacked pattern with flat built-up roof and cantilevered full-width overhang on façade (west) side. Façade is one bay wide with four large roll-up vehicle access doors with windows and one entry door at southwest corner. Windows and entry door located on south wall at alley. Small attached addition with stucco walls and shed roof is on east wall of main building and serves as office to garage building. Shed roof on rear (east) addition has a small gable end pent above centrally placed entry door. Building has concrete foundation and concrete floor. Concrete with concrete pad. Rear (east) addition has standing seam metal roof. Foundation Flat roof of built-up materials. Roof None.
