Concisely, accurately, and completely describe the property and alterations with dates. Number the buildings and features
to correlate with the Site Map.
The building is a detached two-story commercial building with a rectangular plan and symmetrical facade (north) first-floor
of façade has one central glass entry door flanked by two vertical full-height windows. The second floor façade has 11 full-
height fixed windows. Second floor on north and south is cantilevered over first floor. East and west second-floor
overhangs open areas forming recessed first-floor areas. The frame construction is finished in stucco and glass and rests
on a concrete foundation. East and west elevations have eight full height fixed windows on second floor with two glass
sliding doors symmetrically placed on first floor. Second floor is supported by buttress wall extensions on east and west.
The flat roof is made of built up materials and lies parallel to Babcock St.

Examination of readily available information and interviews with current business occupants yields not specific information
to document details of the buildings history. Architectural design, materials, and construction methods indicates a general
construction date during the late 1970s.
The Bozeman City Directory for 1975 (pg. 33) indicates that the property was used as a City Parking Lot. The 1976 City
Directory (pg. 9) indicates the new building being occupied by Applied Business Systems, a data processing business
operated by Michael J. Schaer. The 1985 City Directory (pg. 41) lists the building's occupants as Cok & Wheat Law
Offices, and Pell Randall & Associates.
