This detached two-story commercial building is rectangular in plan and has a symmetrical facade consisting of a central entrance and a series of fixed vertical windows on the overhanging second level . The frame construction is finished in stucco and glass and rests on a concrete foundation. The flat roof is of built-up materials and lies parallel to the street.
