This detached one-story commerical structure has an ell-shaped plan with a flat overdoor above the front entrance. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a glass-paned front entrance with two plate windows, one curved around the front corner. The frame construction is finished in brick veneer and stucco and sits on a concrete foundation. The roof is flat with built-up material . HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structurelsite and surrounding area lend the property significance.
