The building is a one-story commercial office structure attached with common wall on south to 26 S Grand Ave. The building is designed in a rectangular plan with a corner cut out front entrance at the northwest corner. The recessed entrance has a curved brick corner placed beneath a recent metal roof supported by angular metal structure. The façade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with three recent multi-light fixed windows trimmed in aluminum. the construction is finished in stucco and has a flat built-up roof. The structure was remodeled in 1982 and again in 2012. The original building was a two-tone porcelain façade with enamel-metal panels, most if not all of which have been removed, similar to that that still exists at 26 S. Grand Ave. It is possible that the two segmented (curved) corners on the façade's northwest and southwest corners may cover or follow the form of the segmented corners of the original building. The original design of the building was by Fred Willson. All exterior and interior features and materials of the building are the result of the most recent 2012 remodel. The 1927/rev. 1943 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map for Bozeman (sheet 20) shows the 1-story Sheet Metal Works with segmented corners at the northwest and southwest and outline of distinctive marquee with curved corners (as is evidenced at 26 S. Grand Ave.). The 1926/rev. 1957 Sanborn Map shows a square addition to the building extending to the south and attached to the south wall of 22 S. Grand Ave. The south addition is the building currently occupied by Summit Bike Shop at 26 S.
