Concisely, accurately, and completely describe the property and alterations with dates. Number the buildings and features
to correlate with the Site Map.
The building is a detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence in an L-shaped plan with a shed-roofed
extension from the gable roof over the front porch located at the northeast corner. The side entrance is accessed from the
porch to the main part of the house. The frame construction is finished with drop-cove (Dutch-cove) horizontal board
siding. Gable ends of main 1 1/2-story mass and dormers on west are sided with recently placed wood shingles. The main
1 1/2-story mass of the building runs north-south, with the one-story L extending to the east. The first floor gable end of the
1 1/2-story main mass exhibits a three sided bay with windows centered on the gable.
Concrete foundation. Stone block veneer has been recently added to foundation.

Front porch has concrete stoop beneath shed roof within the enclosed corner formed by the L configuration of the building.
