This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has an L-
shaped plan with a shed-roofed extension from the gable roof over the
front porch. The side entrance is accessed from the porch to the main
part of the house and windows are 1/1 double-hung. The frame construction
is finished in asphalt shingles and sits on a concrete foundation. The
gable roof is covered with asbestos sheathing and the main section lies
perpendicular to the street with a parallel-lying cross-gable to the
rear of the structure.
