Number the buildings and features to correlate with the Site Map. The building is a 1-story detached office structure built on a rectangular plan with gable roof, ridge line runs north/south. The one bay façade (north) is symmetrical and consists of two large fixed windows with adjacent casement windows. Gable end has two louvered attic vents. Eaves on gale ends are open and supported by knee-braces. The frame construction is finished in 12 inch metal siding and rests on a concrete foundation, with basement. Basement has fixed and casement windows. Gable roof is finished with grey asphalt shingles and features four knee braces at the gable ends under the eaves. The west side of building has a shed roof over the side entry to the first floor and basement and is supported by metal posts. There is a single small brick chimney with extended stove pipe near the east wall of the building. Additional shed roof supported by metal posts extends in rear (south) of building. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to Olive St. Concrete with basement. Foundation Modern composition shingles. Roof Rear shed roof patio/drive area on south elevation.
