The façade with main entry is on the west, not on either of the street sides. Structure of the building is unknown but most likely steel frame. Exterior is formed stucco with fixed glass windows and glass entry doors. Roof is flat built-up hidden behind metal false front mansard sides. Central core of structure has additional elevated mansard cap. Building has extended overhang on west, south, and east sides with main entrances on west and south. North west corner of building has four bay drive through structure with drive up window. The southwest corner of the building has a recessed corner beneath the cantilevered corner of the roof structure, the corner supported by a single square column. Concrete. Foundation Flat built-up roof of composition materials. Roof None.
