DEED TO QUITCLAIM DEDICATION
This release, given this 13th day of May ,
1985, by the City of Bozeman, a municipal corporation of the
State of Montana, of 411 East Main Street, Bozeman, Montana
59771-0640, to Jess L. Kilgore, a married man, of Route 1,
Box 40, Lower Madison Road, Three Forks, Montana 59752.
On June 8, 1951, a street named East Curtiss Street was
dedica_ed by R. A. Williams by the filing of an official
plat entitled Marwyn with the Gallatin County Clerk and
Recorder's Office, Gallatin County, Montana.
IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of T~n Dollars ($10),
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the City of
Bozeman hereby releases and forever quitclaims to Jess L.
Kilgore (R. A. Williams' successor in interest) and to his
heirs, successors and assigns a portion of that dedicated
street, described as follows:
All of'that part of Lot 7A, Block B of the Amended
Plat of Lots 4 and 5, Block C, Lot 7, Block Band
a portion of Curtiss Street, Marwyn Addition,
according to the official plat on file with the
Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin County, Montana,
which is bounded by the south and east curvilinear
line of Lot 7, Block B of the Marwyn Addition
according to the official plat on file with the
Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder's Office, and a
line which begins at the southwest corner of Lot
7A, Block B of said amended plat: thence south
89045'34" east a distance of 44.21 feet: thence
south 81039'18" east a distance of 121.45 feet:
thence north 00023'00" east a distance of 102.77
feet to the northeast corner of Lot 7A, Block B of
said amended plat, consisting of approximately
3,238 square feet.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Bozeman has caused
these presents to be executed and its corporate seal to be
hereunto affixed by its officers thereunto duly authorized
the day and year first above written.

personally appeared James E. Wysocki and Robin L. Sullivan,
known to me to be the City Manager and Clerk of the City
Commission respectively, of the City of Bozeman, whose names
are subscribed to the within instrument and acknowledged to
me that they executed the same for and on behalf of said
City.
