QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the 30 ~ day of AtJrl ( ,

198.1.., by and between BURONEPE COMPANY, a Montana partner-
ship, with offices at 3C)l!) .v, W,/ ~o-n , Bozeman,
Montana 59715, Grantor, and THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, a municipal
corporation of the State of Montana, with offices at 411
East Main, Bozeman, Montana 59771-0640, Grantee,
WIT N E SSE T H:
That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10) to it in hand paid by the said
Grantee, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the
said Grantee, and to its successors and assigns, all right,
title and interest in and to the following described real
estate situated in the City of Bozeman, County of Gallatin,
State of Montana, to wit:
All that part of two acre lot numbered 1 of Guy's
Second Addition to Bozeman, Montana, as filed and
of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder,
Gallatin County, Montana, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said 2 acre
Lot No. 1, which is a corner common to Block 2 and
Block 1 of Guy's Second Addition, thence South
89047'38" East, along the boundary common to said
Blocks 1 and 2, a distance of 41.50 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence North 00058'45"
East, a distance of 205.00 feet; thence North
2012'15" East a distance of 276.76 feet to the
south right-of-way of Story Street; thence East,
along said south right-of-way of Story Street, a
distance of 57.00 feet; thence South, 2012'15"
West a distance of 276.88 feet; thence South
00058'45" West a distance of 205.00 feet, to a
point on the common boundary of Block land 2,
Guy's Second Addition; thence North 89047'38"
west a distance of 57.00 feet to the true point
of beginning.
PROVIDED, that there is a reservation of an easement for
underground utilities and power lines, sewer and water
connections and ingress to and egress from Block 2 of Guy's
Second Addition to the City of Bozeman, Montana, which shall
run with the land and be for the benefit of the Grantor, its
heirs, successors and assigns,
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereto belonging, and the reversion and

reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and
profits thereof, and also all of the estate, right, title,
and interests, property, possession, claim and demand
whatsoever, as well in law as in equity, the said Grantor,
of, in, or to the said premises and every part and parcel
thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the said
premises, with the appurtenances unto the said Grantee, its
successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has caused this
deed to be executed the day and year first above written.
