Sewer services must be constructed to a higher standard and will be subject to review and approval by the Engineering Division. Financial Incentives: 1. Waive the Parkland Dedication and allow credit toward the payment in lieu based on TPL contribution to Story Mill Community Park 2. Waive impact fees 3. Pay the local share of the upgrade to Story Mill Road 4. Pay for the cash in lieu of water rights 5. Provide a grant through the Affordable Housing Fund
